How To Update Your PayPal Payment On File For Your Under The Garden Moon Subscription

Step 1: Go to PayPal and click on Activity

Step 2: Select “All Transactions”

Step 3: Find your original Under The Garden Moon Subscription Set Up. It will have a fee of $0 (this is how you know it was the original setup). Click on “Under The Garden Moon”

If you can’t find it, search for “Under The Garden Moon”. If it still doesn’t show up, you can change the date range and make sure you’re logged into the right PayPal account.

Step 4: Scroll down to Backup Payment Method and click “Change”

Step 5: Select your back up payment method and click “Save”. If you don’t see the card you want on file, keep scrolling for more instructions! Otherwise, you’re done :)

Step 6: To add a new method, go to “Pay and Get Paid” and select “Banks & Cards”

Step 7: You can “Link a new bank” or “Link a new card” based on what you prefer. Now repeat Steps 1-5 and your new card/bank account will be available to add on file.
