Monday 3:45-5:30—Roma Peterson

This class will be a no-brainer that you can just sit and embroidery without thinking too much! I haven’t done stamped embroidery for years, since I was a child.  

I  wanted a doily for my hutch.  I got online and started looking at patterns and thought “why not!” I ordered it and it worked up so fast!

In this class we will talk about basic embroidery skills. You will learn about different kinds of floss and threads, the best knots to use when embroidering and a few fun general tips. I’ll also teach you how to antique or tea dye your project to make it look older.

I can order you a kit or you can find your own. The 2 kits pictured were $12.00 and $15.00, and did not include the floss.  Supplies for this class will be embroidery needles, stamped kit, floss, scissors and embroidery hoop.
